EHRC - The Equality and Human Rights Commission gives service providers case specific advice on service users rights around discrimination against protected characteristics
OIA - The office of the independent adjudicator is an independent body set up to review student complaints and decide the outcome. They have a lot of useful good practice advice that you can access to address issues and reduce the likelihood of complaints arising in the first place.
NADP - The professional association for disability and inclusivity practitioners in further and higher education. They provide codes of practice, peer support, conferences and educational events along with a legal service helpline.
AbilityNet - Free tech advice and information providers, DSA and Workplace needs assessors and Digital Accessibility Consultants
Disability Rights UK - are a pan disability charity that offer a range of factsheets for disabled students as well as a free student helpline
RNIB - Advice about the impact of sight loss when studying and solutions for people with sight loss
RNID - Guidance about the impact of hearing loss when studying and how to support students with hearing loss
